Since 1952, the farmers of the HappyCows co-operative have taken their time with their herds: grass in summer, hay from our own meadows in winter, and milk collected every morning.

Meet Joséphine, our farmer of the month

Joséphine Lambert took over the Ferme du Vieux Chêne from her parents in 2009. Today her 62 cows graze the meadows around Marche-en-Famenne from April to November.

From the farm to your fridge in 48 hours

Every morning, our tanker visits the co-operative's farms and brings the milk, cooled to 4 °C, to our dairy in Marche-en-Famenne.
